    A one-hour deep-listening journey in story and open awareness, and the seed of a resonance that lasts. As well as the depth of the experience, you leave with a gift from emergence — a word, phrase, or image to carry into daily life and discover anew.

    - By invitation, I bring enki to live gatherings in the UK and around the world, including retreats, schools, businesses, community groups, and events.

    It offers a direct, felt experience of meeting uncertainty from a different space — one in which openness, connection, and proportion can return.

    enki can be joined as a complete experience in its own right. For those who want to continue, it also serves as the threshold to The Lemniscate Journey.

  • The Lemniscate Journey - Residencies

    During a three-day guided residency held in a site of natural beauty. You will be guided in embodying the practice: Leaning deeper into the more-than-human world, softening your relationship with uncertainty, and reactivating your innate sensitivity for the vitality of emergence.

    Once home, there are two follow-up sessions online to support the reintegration of the practice into your daily life

  • Beginning at the threshold opened by enki, the Lemniscate Journey develops a personal practice that deepens your connection with the more-than-human world, cultivates a more discerning relationship with uncertainty, and brings a steadier openness for emergence into daily life.

    Each week reveals new understanding, gathered as co-ordinates that trace the shape of the journey — between knowing and not-knowing, attention and action, self and world.

    As the practice deepens, the pressures surrounding us no longer saturate the whole field of experience, but take their place within a broader and more connected awareness of life.

    By the end of the journey, the guided structure begins to fall away, allowing the practice to continue and develop in our own way.
